Both Gerard Vleut and Menno Mönch have a good, solid reputation in that area. Operating independently from each other, they both played leading roles in the sale and rental of many new-build projects in the Greater Amsterdam area. Not only that, they were also frequently involved in their strategic design. In 2017, Vleut and Mönch joined forces and crystallized their ambitions in MooijekindVleut Makelaardij 2025.
