Renting or renting out a property
Renting a property
If you’re looking for a (temporary) home, but can’t or don’t want to buy yet, then renting is an option. But finding a suitable home is not always easy. We know what’s available for rent. What’s more, we manage properties for clients as well. Even if you’re looking to rent a property for a shorter period of time, for example to bridge the ‘transition’ from your old house to a new one you’ve bought, we have opportunities for you.
How do we work?
First, of course, we want to know exactly what you’re looking for. And any other preferences that you might have. A rental in Amsterdam? In Haarlem? Or something closer to Bloemendaal or Heemstede?
If we’re able to find an immediate match in our own database, then we can settle matters quickly. If that’s the case, then we’ll put you directly in touch with the lessor. Of course, we’ll take care of the rental agreement and the smooth delivery of property and keys. Because the lessor rents out through us, any transaction costs are at the lessor’s expense, so you won’t have to pay anything.
If we’re unable to make an immediate match, then you can commission us to search for one, so we can get to work on that for you. Needless to say, we’ll make clear agreements about our rates in advance.
Renting out your property
Looking for suitable (temporary) tenants for your property or someone to rent your storage space? We have a large database of people who are actively looking for a suitable property to rent. And if the right tenant isn’t among them, then we’ll use our specialists, resources and other options to find you the right match.
In order to end up with an appropriate agreement and a suitable tenant, we start by making an inventory of your preferences and organizing viewings of the property. Together we subsequently determine the rental price and selection criteria. Then we set the registration, viewing and selection procedure into motion.
If we find the right tenant and you agree to the conditions, then we’ll put together a rental agreement and ensure that the keys are transferred correctly. We work on a no-cure no-pay basis and only charge a one-time estate agent fee (equivalent to a month’s rent) when the rental agreement has been signed.
