Valuating property

A valuation gives you certainty about the value of your (current or future) home. For yourself, because you want to know what it’s worth. Or for the financer, who wants to know what kind of a risk he’s taking. Our appraisers provide clarity to both private and professional clients.

If you intend to engage in a financial transaction related primarily to your house, then you will need to have a valuation done. Sometimes a valuation is required by law. Usually it’s demanded by the party who is taking the risk, such as a bank, financer or insurer. You’ll definitely need a valuation in the following cases:

• When buying or selling a property
• When taking out a mortgage
• If you’re requesting a Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee
• If you’re appealing against your WOZ (Valuation of Immovable Property Act) assessment

We’re familiar with the soil conditions, environmental regulations and the value of all locations. We survey houses according to the official NEN standard. And we deliver quickly: you will receive the official valuation report, compiled according to the guidelines of all recognized bank institutions, just a few days after we’ve visited the property.
