First in the region to be fully TMI accredited

TMI is an initiative of the Taxatie Management Instituut (Valuation Management Institute). This institute is a training and testing facility that was introduced with NVM Business to put an end to uncertainties in business real estate valuations. Our specialists are regularly tested and continuously trained. This enables us to maintain our knowledge and expertise and always be fully informed. Appraisal

Sometimes a full (BRE) valuation isn’t necessary, in which case you can opt for a ‘shortened valuation report’ or appraisal. That will save you a considerable amount of money, but you won’t be able to derive as many rights from it. Ask us about the different options!
